G-Crafts new carburetor heat shield is designed to reduce heat transfer from the motor to the carburetor which can prevent the increased gas temperatures and prevent abnormal fuel atomization. Its designed for use with Yoshimura MJN carbs kits as its fitted to a Yoshimura intake. The head shield is made from 1 by 1 twill Carbon Fiber and looks to be a two piece vacuum press formed design which eliminates excess resin and achieves optimum weight reduction.
